Our thoughts are to pay <$120,000 but could offer 10% commission on any projects that he brings in the door. We would also be offering ownership potential in a couple of years to this person so the long term possibilities are endless.

MEP Engineering Firm, based in Atlanta, in the construction industry has opened a new office location in Charlotte, NC and is looking for a senior level Electrical Engineer with ownership opportunity. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing complete and accurate Construction Documents and overseeing the electrical department.

Expected Duties:

· Layout and design for electrical systems for power distribution, lighting, receptacles, and fire alarm in commercial/residential construction projects.

· Coordinate system scope, design layout and drawings with clients and other disciplines.

· Assist in the production of detailed drawings that meet customer requirements and local building codes.

· Some travel required for client meetings and job site visits.

Knowledge and Experience:

PE license is required. · Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.

· Technical knowledge of Electrical system design and operation.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Proficient with Auto CAD.

· Revit experience a plus.
